Recovery Disability Services was established on 1 July 2025 by director Dieu Merci James, with a single conviction: that specialist disability support should feel like partnership, not a service being delivered to you.
We support participants Australia-wide, operating from our head office in Gables, New South Wales. Our leadership is reachable directly. Our Support Coordinators and families aren’t routed through a call centre. When you refer someone to us, you're not dropping a ticket into a queue — you're starting a conversation.
We're a young provider by registration date, but our operational model is built on years of combined leadership experience in disability services, SDA development, SIL operations, and NDIS compliance. The foundation is robust. The ambition is measured. The standards are not.
